I was able to fix BOTH the Install Floppy, AND the DISK 1 image using the exact same method - opening them in a hex editor and deleting the first 41 bytes, then saving them with.IMG suffixes. But, using the exact same step by step method which was successful on the Install disk, and disk 1, FAILS.
